The location couldn’t be better. Close to restaurants, shopping, festivals, golf and more. Coffee shop and yummy breakfast cafe around the corner. Empire Polo grounds in your back- yard-walking distance, yet away from the crowds and traffic! You won’t want or need to leave once you are here but it is conveniently located to El Paseo shopping, La Quinta restaurants, and tons of outdoor activities.

I will access property when I feel I have to for safety of guests and property. This rarely occurs and typically only when full transparency has not been communicated regarding parties, neighbor complaints or police calls(which can lead to immediate eviction of property).

Quoted price is for use of the main house and pool house up to 10 people. Bunkhouse avail- able for an additional cost.
We DO NOT allow outside guests without prior permission. Over 20 guests is subject to an event fee that will be pre negotiated with property manager.

Dogs are not allowed at this property due to the owner’s allergies.
