The main house has 3 rooms, bonus room plus the detached pool house “master” makes it great for up to 10 guests with shared beds. Need more room? 8 people can sleep in a separate guest house with bunk-beds, kitchenette on property for an add on fee. There is a separate living room complete with large couch, large flatscreen TV, dining table with seating for 8, and kitchen with full size refrigerator and microwave.

This spacious one level home features a fully equipped gourmet kitchen with slab granite counters, stainless steel appliances, and a fantastic granite center island with five bar stools ideal for socializing with your friends while preparing your favorite meals.
Complete with a saline swimming pool and hot tub, this outdoor space is always a crowd favorite. With stunning mountain views, the yard features a covered patio com- plete with a commercial misting system, 6 seat bar and stainless steel bbq grill. Enjoy all your meals outside on the 10 person dining table or relax on lounge chairs around the pool.

The Coachella Escape property includes free parking for a couple of cars with a fully equipped laundry room with washer, dryer. It also includes WiFi, central heating, and air conditioning, so you’ll always be comfortable and connected. The gym equipment includes: elliptical machine, smith machine complete with weights, free weights, 2 yoga mats (spa additional fee).

The location couldn’t be better. Close to restaurants, shopping, festivals, golf and more. Coffee shop and yummy breakfast cafe around the corner. Empire Polo grounds in your back- yard-walking distance, yet away from the crowds and traffic! You won’t want or need to leave once you are here but it is conveniently located to El Paseo shopping, La Quinta restaurants, and tons of outdoor activities.

I will access property when I feel I have to for safety of guests and property. This rarely occurs and typically only when full transparency has not been communicated regarding parties, neighbor complaints or police calls(which can lead to immediate eviction of property).

Quoted price is for use of the main house and pool house up to 10 people. Bunkhouse avail- able for an additional cost.
We DO NOT allow outside guests without prior permission. Over 20 guests is subject to an event fee that will be pre negotiated with property manager.

Dogs are not allowed at this property due to the owner’s allergies.
